- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
- We ship via Evri & Royal Mail. Tracking numbers are provided, but they may take 24-48 hours to update after postage.

Pre-Orders
If you purchase a product labeled as a pre-order, please keep in mind:

- Delivery dates for pre-orders are subject to slight variations. If delays occur, we will notify you via email.
- If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship everything together unless requested otherwise.

Returns Due to Delivery Issues
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the package re-sent.
