Our Story

My journey with cold therapy started during lockdown when I was struggling with isolation and needed something to boost my mood. Ice baths became my daily ritual and completely changed my life—starting the day with something tough gave me resilience and momentum. I’ve been doing it every day for nearly four years.

But during one blistering summer, my ice bath couldn’t stay cold—it felt more like a lukewarm evening bath. Plus, those plain black tubs didn’t suit my garden. That’s when I created Zen Holistics: the world’s first wood design ice bath collection—functional, beautiful, and made to transform both your space and your mindset.
